We operate on first come first served basis as date and time slots are limited. We recommend to schedule your event decor as soon as you're ready. You can schedule up to 12 months in advance and 2 weeks minimum. We charge an extra 30% for last minute events due to rushed orders.
Yes, All backdrops, candles, and accents pieces are rentals. Natural flowers and balloons are not rentals they're yours to keep. Rental products has a maximum rental period of 3 days. For additional rental days, please let us know and we can accommodate the extra days to your quote.
We require a 30% Deposit of the total cost of your event. This Deposit is use to Book Services and Date (Non-Refundable). The remainder balance can be payed by months, weeks or specific dates.Let us know how to facilitate the rest of your payments and we will help you create a payment plan that works best for you.
Yes, we provided same day breakdown of products if needed.
You can easily make changes or cancel your order up to 3 weeks prior to your scheduled order date, except for personalized products and floral orders. Personalized products and floral orders are final and non-refundable. Delivery times can only be modified based on availability and must be done 5 days before their scheduled date. If your order is not fulfilled due to a Force Majeure, solely a credit will be issued. If your order is not fulfilled due to a non related Force Majeure circumstance, a refund will be issued.
